Via Snella strive towards making it easy for our customers to shop in our web shop and ensure that you will have the goods delivered in a flexible manner as close to home as possible. In order for you as a customer to feel safe, this text describes the conditions of purchase, which apply when you shop in our web shop. All prices are listed in Euro and include VAT at 25%. There are no extra charges except shipping fee. In our web shop you can pay by credit card, following cards accepted:

When paying with credit card, payment is handled by our payment partner PayPal, which ensures a safe payment. All data is transmitted encrypted. Via Snella ensures that no personal information will be shared with third parties.

We strive towards having as short delivery time as possible, normally up to five working days. If the package is small, it will be delivered directly to your home; otherwise it will be delivered to the nearest delivery point.
We send all our packages with Posten Sverige AB. If the product is lost during transport to the customer. Via Snella is responsible for payment, the same applies if the product is damaged but you must notify us promptly, within 10 days. If the product is damaged or lost when you return it to us, you are responsible for payment. It is therefore important that you package the product so that it is protected well.
When we have received your order, we will send a confirmation email with information about your order. Check your order confirmation and make sure that everything is correct, if you have any questions about your order, please contact us immediately. Please save the order confirmation, as this contains information about your order and constitute your receipt.
When the package is sent from Via Snella, you will receive a confirmation of this via email. A receipt is also sent with the goods.
If you regret a purchase right after you have placed your order, please contact us, as we might have time to stop the delivery. If your order has already been shipped, the same rules apply as described later in this page (see below).
For packages that are not picked up by you as a customer, we will charge you with a fee of 30 Euro due to the expenses that you caused us. This encompasses expedition, packing, packing shipping, return shipping, return processing and sorting back in stock.
You have the right to exchange goods in 14 days after you received the goods. That means that you can switch to a different color / size or simply return the goods if you are not satisfied with what you ordered. The only condition is that the product has not been used and that the original labels are attached to the garments. Of course, you will get your money back for the goods, as soon as we have received the return and found that the product is in its original condition.
The money will be deposited to your account. Note that it may take up to two weeks before the money is back to your account because of handling and mailing. The shipping fee will still be charged to the client. If you change to another color or size, the new freight charges will be charged. Fill out the return form included with the delivery and return the package to the following address:

Return costs regarding exchange of goods or return of goods, you as a customer will pay for. The customer is also responsible for making sure that the returns will arrive in original condition to us, therefore it is important that you package the product so that it is protected well.
Should you receive a defect or defective product, you should promptly contact us within 10 days, firstname.lastname@example.org. Your opinions are highly valued, therefore we ask you to be clear and precise when describing the error on the garment. Write also if you want a new product or your money back.
When we have received your complaint, and approved it, a new product will be sent to you, or your money will be put into your account. Of course, we will pay for freight for approved claims.
For all complaints, an investigation will be carried out regarding the status of the product, in some cases, we need to contact the supplier, which means that it may take a little longer.
We cannot guarantee that the colors of our products are reproduced exactly as in reality. How colors are reproduced depends on the settings in your computer.
